A three-day training session on soap making was facilitated by Ms. Shakira Roberts engaging farmers, agro-processing, and Ministry of Agriculture staff, a total of approximately fifty-five (55) participants; August 16^th to 18^th. In the second set of the three-day training sessions, September 20^th to 22^nd a total of approximately fifty-five (50) participants took up the second session.

The participants were educated in a theory session on soap making followed by a practical session. This falls part of the objective to assist with the agro-processing and agro-processors to help in capacity building and to present farmers and processors with more options to explore as they develop and grow their businesses.
