Responsibilities

1. To protect Biodiversity of the Range for future generation.
2. Supervision of range staff and sales of forest produce.
3. Monitor illegal activities in forest reserve.
4. Patrol forest reserve
5. Conduct Eco-Tourism Activities in Range.
6. Assist projects in Rehabilitation of Landslides and Degraded River banks.
7. Charge violators of forest wildlife laws.
8. Participates in educational programs at the request of Environmental Education Unit.
9. Issue removal permits.
10. Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual reports of range operations.
11. Assist farmers and general public in forestry, wildlife and conservation matters on request.
