Bèl Ti Jardin Twizin

Located in Soufrière, Bèl Ti Jardin Twizin (Creole for “Beautiful Small Kitchen Garden”) is a community-based agro-processing initiative led by Ms. Euphemia Edmund. The group consists primarily of women cultivating herbs using organic backyard gardening methods rooted in traditional practices.

Through composting, rainwater harvesting, and sustainable cultivation techniques, Bèl Ti Jardin Twizin produces fresh herbs that are transformed into a vibrant Creole seasoning blend. Their work promotes healthy living, preserves Saint Lucian culinary identity, and keeps traditional knowledge alive across generations.
