Twenty (20) farmers were trained at the union demonstration farm on the 23^rd of August 2022 in the making of compost. This training was conceptualized by the project as we are all aware of the rising cost of fertilizers and the need to be more environmentally friendly in our production. The training, hosted by one of our very own Mr. Thaddeus Constantine taught farmers exactly how to set up their compost sheds and build their heaps. Farmers got the opportunity of an indoor session and also receive practical experience in building their own heap.
