Approximately thirty farmers from around the island were invited to a melon training, there the production team comprising Eric Chen & Edward Wilson hosted a session that provided much needed expertise in the cultivation of watermelons in different varieties. Farmers were also able to receive samples and test the brix content of the melons to see the merit of the cultivation methods.
