經過一個月的篩選與探查場址，25位獲選的女性農民正式開始為期四週的工作坊，希望透過我們與美洲農業組織(IICA)合作的計畫，她們能慢慢進入蘑菇產業，最終得以發展出自己的營運模式並以此維生。

Mushroom industry generates high value at a market and is a profitable agricultural industry. Taiwan, in collaboration with Ministry of Agriculture in Saint Lucia, works with IICA ECS to open up a small-scale and highly-adaptable project for 25 women to produce a sustainable economic and production system through mushroom industry.
