The 7 crop project (phase 2) sort to enhance mechanization in land preparation due to numerous complaints of labor for farmers both in terms of sourcing and getting it done on time. So training was held at the union demonstration farm on the 26^th of May 2022. The production team from the 7 crops successfully trained 20 agricultural officers from around the island in the use of tillers and cultivators. Officers now can then use the skills acquired and assist their farmers if need be.
